Nooma Tasty is a Denmark-based company specializing in authentic Brazilian cheese bread, known as pão de queijo. Founded by Eliana Miyuki Nangoi, who moved from São Paulo/Brazil to Denmark in August 2017, the company’s mission is to bring the unique flavors of Brazil to Danish homes, offering high-quality cheese bread with a rich, authentic taste.

Since its launch in 2020, Nooma Tasty has sold over 4 tons of pão de queijo, which is equivalent to 160,000 units—a testament to the growing love for this Brazilian delicacy across Denmark! 🚀

 

🧀 What is Pão de Queijo/Cheese Bread? 🇧🇷

Pão de queijo is a traditional Brazilian cheese bread, loved for its crispy exterior and soft, chewy interior. Made with tapioca flour (gluten-free) and a delicious blend of cheeses , it has a unique texture—light, airy, and slightly stretchy on the inside.

Originating from Minas Gerais, Brazil, pão de queijo is a beloved snack often enjoyed fresh out of the oven with a cup of coffee ☕. Its rich, cheesy flavor and satisfying bite make it perfect for breakfast, afternoon snacks, or as a side dish.

Because it’s naturally gluten-free and easy to prepare (just bake from frozen), pão de queijo has become popular worldwide 🌍 as a versatile, crowd-pleasing treat for any occasion!
